Osteria Hotel is operated by Osteria Hotel Pty Ltd (ABN 42 618 552 099), owned by Osteria Hospitality Group Pty Ltd, registered in New South Wales, Australia. Our venue is at Banora Point NSW 2486.

GDPR and international guests

We're an Australian business, but if you're visiting from the EU or UK, GDPR still gives you rights over your data. In practice that means: you can ask what we hold, ask us to fix it, ask us to erase it where the law allows, object to processing, and request a portable copy. Our Privacy Policy covers the details — read it in the same visit, the two documents work together.

To exercise GDPR rights, email osteriahotel@gmail.com with 'GDPR request' in the subject — we respond within the required one month, usually much sooner.

Gaming licence & the 18+ rule

The gaming floor operates under a NSW gaming licence. Entry is strictly 18+ — photo ID is checked at the door and at check-in for gaming packages. Self-excluded patrons are honoured across the venue. We support responsible gaming — see the footer of every page.

Liability

Hotel information is provided in good faith — rates, menus and facilities change seasonally and the website can lag reality by a few days. The confirmed booking terms sent to you by email are what count.

Disputes

NSW law applies. Most issues resolve with a conversation — talk to the duty manager first, and escalate to us in writing if needed.
