The terms that apply to bookings, stays, gaming packages and using this website — short version: be reasonable and we'll be reasonable.
These terms govern bookings made directly with Osteria Hotel. Third-party site bookings follow that platform's terms too.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed when you receive our written confirmation. Flexible rates cancel free up to 48 hours before arrival (72 for suites); saver rates are prepaid and non-refundable. No-shows are charged the first night.
Check-in, checkout, house rules
Check-in from 2 pm, checkout by 11 am. Photo ID is required at check-in. The hotel is non-smoking inside — the terrace is the spot. Noise rules apply after 10 pm, and yes, they get enforced.
Gaming floor
Strictly 18+, photo ID required, responsible gaming limits enforced. Self-exclusion is honoured venue-wide. Gaming credits in packages have no cash value and expire at checkout.
Payments
We accept major cards and bank transfer. Incidental holds of $150/night may apply at check-in. Rates are in AUD and include GST.
Damages & conduct
You're responsible for damage beyond fair wear. We can refuse service or evict for dangerous or illegal behaviour — thankfully rare.

Content is ours, don't scrape it, don't misuse the forms. Links to third-party sites are convenience, not endorsement.
