Overview

Not a hotel spa afterthought

The spa takes up the whole third floor of the garden wing — six rooms including one couples suite, a eucalyptus steam room and a relaxation lounge that faces the river. Therapists are certified, permanent staff — not casuals rotating through.

Remedial, relaxation, hot stone, facials, body wraps — the menu is built around what locals actually book, not what looks exotic on a brochure. Pregnancy-safe options available after the first trimester.

The process

How booking Spa & Wellness Treatments works

From first enquiry to checkout — here's exactly what happens.

01

Pick a treatment

Not sure? Book 'massage' and decide the style with your therapist on the day.

02

Choose a time

Weekday afternoons are easiest; weekend mornings book out about a week ahead.

03

Health questionnaire

Two-minute form on arrival — injuries, pregnancy, preferences. It matters.

04

Steam first if you like

Arrive 20 minutes early — the steam room loosens everything before the table.

05

The treatment

Speak up about pressure — therapists would rather adjust than guess.

06

Lounge after

Herbal tea, river view, no rush. Leave when you're ready, not when we push.
